Note to Reader: In this teaching, YHWH is used to refer to the LORD God, Creator. And Yahushua is used for His Son, who is the LORD God manifested in the flesh, as Messiah and Savior. Unless otherwise stated, all Scripture references are taken from the 2009 version of The Scriptures by the Institute for Scripture Research.

Hebrews 11:7 By belief, Noaḥ, having been warned of what was yet unseen, having feared, prepared an ark to save his house, through which he condemned the world and became heir of the righteousness which is according to belief.
In this verse, we can see Noah was aware destruction was coming to the world. He knew something unseen. Noah feared YHWH and prepared for the coming destruction. He built an ark to save himself and his household. In preparing for the destruction coming to the world, Noah became an heir of righteousness. He was right or straight with YHWH, someone who will enter into the reign of Elohim.
Many Bible readers are aware that YHWH has a plan to destroy the world once again. We also know from reading the pages of Scripture that He always has a plan of salvation for His righteous ones. We know that Yahushua is returning to rule and to reign on the earth. Many of us have imagined what His coming will look like. We picture glory and ourselves rejoicing at His Return, but is this what Scripture teaches? What will it be like at His coming? What will it be like before He comes? Where will His righteous ones be protected from the coming destruction?
I hope to bring further insight into these questions and give the righteous ones of YHWH something to consider.
Matthew 24:37-42 “And as the days of Noaḥ, so also shall the coming of the Son of Aḏam be. For as they were in the days before the flood, eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noaḥ entered into the ark, and they did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also shall the coming of the Son of Aḏam be. Then two shall be in the field, the one is taken and the one is left. Two women shall be grinding at the mill, one is taken and one is left. Watch, therefore, for you do not know what hour your Master is coming.”
In this passage, Yahushua is talking about His return. He tells us that as in the days of Noah there will be destruction and tribulation before He comes. What stands out to me is that the people at that time were unaware, living life as normal, until the very day of the flood. It seems to me that their “unawareness” could not have been because they were not told. The very act of Noah building an ark should have caught their attention, and I hardly doubt Noah was silent on the coming destruction.
So, let’s take a look at the time of Noah in Genesis 6 to learn more about what “the days of Noah” were like.
The Nephilim
Genesis 6:1-3 And it came to be, when men began to increase on the face of the earth, and daughters were born to them, that the sons of Elohim saw the daughters of men, that they were good. And they took wives for themselves of all whom they chose. Andיהוה said, “My Spirit shall not strive with man forever in his going astray. He is flesh, and his days shall be one hundred and twenty years.”
Genesis 6:4-6 The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of Elohim came into the daughters of men and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, the men of name. And יהוה saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth and that every inclination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. Andיהוה was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart.
The days of Noah were days when the only intention of man’s heart was evil continually. It was also the days of the Nephilim. The Nephilim were important enough to mention in this story. Perhaps there is more to these characters than meets the eye. Perhaps they had an evil agenda that would ultimately destroy Adam’s bloodline. Let’s consider some information about the Nephilim.
From the verses in Genesis 6 above, we know that the Nephilim were the results of the sons of Elohim taking wives from the daughters of men. We also find the term “sons of Elohim” in the Book of Job referring to angels. (Job 1:6-7; 2:1-2; 38:7) The Nephilim are part angelic and part human. We are told that they are mighty, well-known men. According to tradition, the Nephilim were extremely intelligent and had enormous physical abilities. They had huge skulls and could grow to be anywhere from 8-36 feet tall. They also had 6 fingers and toes, and some even had 2 sets of teeth.
We learn from the extra-biblical writings that these were not nice guys. They created human sacrifice, were cannibals, taught abortion, and tampered with the plant, animal, and human gene pools. They dominated society and provided a way for demonic spirits to interact on Earth. One can speculate that with a growing population of Nephilim on the Earth performing the activities listed above, the population of human beings would start to decrease. Their agenda was to wipe out humanity and hider YHWH’s plan of redemption through the human bloodline. (For a fascinating study on the Nephilim, see the Books of 1 Enoch chapters 6-8 and Jubilees chapter 5.)
The Bible says all that breathed died during the flood. (Gen. 7:21-23) This would include the Nephilim. However, Genesis 6:4 says the Nephilim were on the Earth in Noah’s day and also afterward. We read about them later on in the book of Numbers, when the Israelites were afraid to go into the Promised Land. (Num. 13:33) They were also around during King David’s time. (1 Chron. 20:4-8) Major Nephilim civilizations have been found in Peru and the Ohio Valley. Their skeletons have been found all over the world; however, Darwinists have actively tried to suppress these findings.
At the coming of Yahushua, we will see evidence that the Nephilim are among us. They may or may not manifest physically, but there will surely be indicators that they are influencing our society. We will see evils manifest among us that they taught. This would include abortion, GMOs, homosexuality, and things like that. We will see all kinds of evil and demonic activity. It seems we are living in these days.
We know from Scripture that YHWH intends to destroy all the evil from the world, but that He has a plan of Salvation for His people.
Destruction … and Salvation
2 Peter 2:4-5,9 For if Elohim did not spare the messengers who sinned, but sent them to Tartaros, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be kept for judgment, and did not spare the world of old, but preserved Noaḥ, a proclaimer of righteousness, and seven others, bringing in the flood on the world of the wicked…thenיהוה knows how to rescue the reverent ones from trial and to keep the unrighteous unto the day of judgment, to be punished.
1 Thessalonians 5:2-6 For you yourselves know very well that the day ofיהוה comes as a thief in the night. For when they say, “Peace and safety!” then suddenly destruction comes upon them, as labour pains upon a pregnant woman, and they shall not escape. But you, brothers, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief. For you are all sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness. So, then, we should not sleep, as others do, but we should watch and be sober.
Destruction is coming. Yahushua is coming. We need to be prepared. Let’s go back to the Matthew passage.
This is also said in Luke 17:34-36.
Who is the one taken and who is left? As in the days of Noah, the evil ones were taken from the earth and the righteous were left. Yahushua’s parable about the tares in the field uses this same analogy. (Mat. 13:24-30; 13:36-43) There are many places in the Bible where the evil ones are taken and the righteous remain. The following verses are just a few examples of this concept.
Proverbs 2:21-22 For the straight shall dwell in the earth, and the perfect be left in it, but the wrong shall be cut off from the earth, and the treacherous ones plucked out of it.
Psalms 37:9 For evil-doers are cut off; but those who wait on יהוה, they shall inherit the earth.
Amos 9:8 “Look, the eyes of the Masterיהוה are on the sinful reign, and I shall destroy it from the face of the earth, except that, I do not completely destroy the house of Ya‛aqoḇ,” declares יהוה.”
Jeremiah 30:10-11 And you, do not fear, O Yaʽaqoḇ My servant,’ declares יהוה, ‘nor be discouraged, O Yisra’ĕl. For look, I am saving you from afar, and your seed from the land of their captivity. And Yaʽaqoḇ shall return, and have rest and be at ease, with no one to trouble him. ‘For I am with you,’ declares יהוה, ‘to save you. Though I make a complete end of all gentiles where I have scattered you, yet I do not make a complete end of you. But I shall reprove you in judgment, and by no means leave you unpunished.
Who Is Israel?
The nations or the Gentiles will be destroyed according to prophetic Scripture. Though YHWH will discipline Israel or the righteous ones, he will not utterly destroy them. He has a plan of Salvation for them, but important questions remain: Who is Israel? Who are the Gentiles? What is His plan for Salvation from the coming worldwide destruction?
Let’s start with defining Israel. We are certainly not talking about the modern-day state of “Israel.” The Hebrew word Israel in Scripture means “to contend with El and overcome” and “the Ones who are straight or right with Elohim.” These are the righteous ones, not the wicked. Noah is an example of this.
In Exodus 19, YHWH enters into a covenant with Israel (the righteous ones). The covenant or agreement between YHWH and Israel could be summarized in this way: if you obey My commandments, I will bless and protect you. Does this sound similar to something Yahushua said to his taught ones? Yahushua said in John 14:15, “If you love Me, you shall guard My commands.” Shaul (the apostle Paul) in the book of Ephesians gives us a little more information about ‘who is Israel?’ and ‘what is this covenant?’
Ephesians 2:11-13 Therefore remember that you, once gentiles in the flesh, who are called ‘the uncircumcision’ by what is called ‘the circumcision’ made in the flesh by hands, that at that time you were without Messiah, excluded from the citizenship of Yisra’ĕl and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no expectation and without Elohim in the world. But now in Messiah יהושע you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of the Messiah.
Ephesians 2:19-20 So then you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens of the set-apart ones and members of the household of Elohim, having been built upon the foundation of the emissaries and prophets, יהושע Messiah Himself being chief corner-stone.
Here Shaul is telling his listeners that even though they were formerly gentiles, they are now citizens of Israel by the blood of the Messiah, and therefore, partakers of the covenants of the promise. This is so important! What this means is that the blood of Yahushua Messiah is the only thing that brings someone near to Elohim and into the covenant. Notice in verse 19 that the nation is made up of the set-apart ones. Again, what is the true definition of Israel?
Israel is the household of Elohim that is in covenant with YHWH with the Messiah as the chief cornerstone. Below are a few more Scriptures that confirm the covenant is through Messiah.
Romans 11:25-27 For I do not wish you to be ignorant of this secret, brothers, lest you should be wise in your own estimation, that hardening in part has come over Yisra’ěl, until the completeness of the nations has come in. And so all Yisra’ěl shall be saved, as it has been written, “The Deliverer shall come out of Tsiyon, and He shall turn away wickedness from Ya‛aqoḇ, and this is My covenant with them, when I take away their sins.”
The Deliverer in this verse is Yahushua. This was written after His birth as a human on Earth. We are given information here about His return.
2 Corinthians 3:14-16 But their minds were hardened, for to this day, when the old covenant is being read, that same veil remains, not lifted, because in Messiah it is taken away. But to this day, when Mosheh is being read, a veil lies on their heart. And when one turns to the Master, the veil is taken away.
A veil prevents us from seeing clearly. Through Messiah, the veil is removed, and we can read and understand the covenant through Moses. When the veil is truly removed, a person will be able to see the glory of Yahushua in the covenant that YHWH made with Israel recorded in Exodus 19.
YHWH is in covenant with His people, Israel, through the blood of the Messiah. Once we are brought near by the blood of Messiah we are no longer gentiles, but citizens of Israel. So what does this all have to do with the days of Noah? In Jeremiah and Amos, we are told that YHWH is destroying the entire world except Israel (the righteous). The only other time this has ever happened was in the days of Noah. Understanding what will happen to Israel (the righteous) during the coming destruction is very important for anyone who wants to be prepared for the Messiah’s return.
To help you in your studies, I would like to point out ways to identify Israel in Scripture. Israel is often referred to by feminine names. When you see words like she, her, virgin, wife, woman, and bride in the Bible, it is most likely talking about Israel. The following are a few examples.
Isaiah 54:5-6 “For your Maker is your husband,יהוה of hosts is His Name, and the Set-apart One of Yisra’ěl is your Redeemer. He is called the Elohim of all the earth. For יהוה has called you like a woman forsaken and grieved in spirit, like a wife of youth when you were refused,” declares your Elohim.
Jeremiah 31:21-22 “Set up signposts, make landmarks; set your heart toward the highway, the way in which you went. Turn back, O maiden of Yisra’ěl, turn back to these cities of yours! Till when would you turn here and there, O backsliding daughter? Forיהוה has created what is new on earth: a woman encompasses a man!”
John 3:28-29 “You yourselves are witnesses for me that I said, ‘I am not the Messiah but I am sent ahead of Him.’ He that has the bride is the bridegroom, but the friend of the bridegroom, who stands and hears him, rejoices greatly because of the voice of the bridegroom. So this joy of mine is complete.”
Revelation 19:7 “Let us be glad and rejoice and give Him praise, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and His wife prepared herself.”
The following is a summary of what I have discussed so far in this teaching:
- Destruction is coming to the world.
- The Nephilim are influencing our world today.
- YHWH has a plan of Salvation.
- The righteous ones remain on the earth. The evil ones are taken.
- Through Messiah, we are no longer gentiles, but citizens of Israel.
- Israel is “the ones who are straight or right with Elohim” through the covenant.
- Israel is referred to in Scripture in feminine forms.
The Door of the Ark
Yahushua said in Matthew 24:37, “For as were the days of Noah, so will be the coming of the Son of Man.” In chapter 25, Yahushua continues to give us more information about His second coming in parables. Let’s look at His first one.
Matthew 25:1-4 “Then the reign of the heavens shall be compared to ten maidens who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. And five of them were wise, and five foolish. Those who were foolish, having taken their lamps, took no oil with them, but the wise took oil in their containers with their lamps.
Matthew 25:5-9 Now while the bridegroom took time, they all slumbered and slept. And at midnight a cry was heard, ‘See, the bridegroom is coming, go out to meet him!’ Then all those maidens rose up and trimmed their lamps. And the foolish said to the wise, ‘Give us of your oil, because our lamps are going out.’ But the wise answered, saying, ‘No, indeed, there would not be enough for us and you. Instead, go to those who sell, and buy for yourselves.’
Matthew 25:10-13 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding feast, and the door was shut. And later the other maidens also came, saying, ‘Master, Master, open up for us!’ “But he answering, said, ‘Truly, I say to you, I do not know you.’ Watch, therefore, because you do not know the day nor the hour in which the Son of Aḏam is coming.”
Please take note of the feminine terms here. In this parable, there are ten virgins. Five are wise and five are foolish. The wise are the ones who are prepared to meet the bridegroom and are ready when the door is opened. The foolish ones are not prepared when the door is opened. They know where the door is, but they show up after the door is closed. The foolish virgins miss the opportunity to enter through the door.
What is the “door” that is being talked about here? Yahushua gave this parable in the context of the days of Noah. In the days of Noah, the “door” was the door to the ark. In Genesis 7:1-16 we see that YHWH gives Noah the command to enter into the ark. Later, after Noah obeys with his household and all the animals, YHWH shuts the door. In this parable, we get the idea that Yahushua is the one who has the authority to open and shut the door.
Yahushua also refers to the “door” in Luke 13 with a similar message. Here Yahushua is referred to as the Master of the house. He opens and shuts the door. Some people who think they should be able to enter are not allowed in the door.
Luke 13:23-25 And someone said to Him, “Master, are there few who are being saved?” And He said to them, “Strive to enter through the narrow gate, because many, I say to you, shall seek to enter in and shall not be able. When once the Master of the house has risen up and shut the door, and you begin to stand outside and knock at the door, saying, ‘Master, Master, open for us,’ and He shall answer and say to you, ‘I do not know you, where you are from.”
This is our Messiah’s warning! He is telling us to be wise and prepared so that we do not miss out on entering through the “door.” How do we prepare for the coming destruction? Where is the ARK? Where is the door to the ark? What is the purpose of the ark? Let’s explore these questions.
The ark, in the days of Noah, was to protect Noah and his family from the flood. It was a “safe place” from the worldwide destruction. In Genesis 6:12-22, YHWH gives Noah the exact plan of what He was going to do and what Noah was supposed to do to be saved. Noah had no confusion about what was going to happen. He followed instructions and prepared for the coming destruction.
Yahushua wants us to be wise and prepared. Has he given us instructions in the Bible as to how to prepare? Allow me to present some evidence that suggests that YHWH does have a specific plan for a safe place from the coming worldwide destruction.
Revelation 12:1-2 And a great sign was seen in the heaven: a woman clad with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars. And being pregnant, she cried out in labour and in pain to give birth.
Revelation 12:3-5 And another sign was seen in the heaven: and see, a great, fiery red dragon having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns on his heads. And his tail draws a third of the stars of the heaven and throws them to the earth. And the dragon stood before the woman who was about to give birth, to devour her child as soon as it was born. And she bore a male child who was to shepherd all nations with a rod of iron. And her child was caught away to Elohim and to His throne.
Revelation 12:6 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she has a place prepared by Elohim, to be nourished there one thousand two hundred and sixty days.
Revelation 12:7-9 And there came to be fighting in the heaven: Miḵa’ěl and his messengers fought against the dragon. And the dragon and his messengers fought, but they were not strong enough, nor was a place found for them in the heaven any longer. And the great dragon was thrown out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who leads all the world astray. He was thrown to the earth, and his messengers were thrown out with him.
Revelation 12:10-12 And I heard a loud voice saying in the heaven, “Now have come the deliverance and the power and the reign of our Elohim and the authority of His Messiah, for the accuser of our brothers, who accused them before our Elohim day and night, has been thrown down. And they overcame him because of the Blood of the Lamb, and because of the Word of their witness, and they did not love their lives to the death. Because of this rejoice, O heavens, and you who dwell in them! Woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has come down to you, having great wrath, knowing that he has little time.”
Revelation 12:13-15 And when the dragon saw that he had been thrown to the earth, he persecuted the woman who gave birth to the male child. And the woman was given two wings of a great eagle, to fly into the wilderness to her place, where she is nourished for a time and times and half a time, from the presence of the serpent.
Revelation 12:15-17 And out of his mouth, the serpent spewed water like a river after the woman, to cause her to be swept away by the river. And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened its mouth and swallowed up the river which the dragon had spewed out of his mouth. And the dragon was enraged with the woman, and he went to fight with the remnant of her seed, those guarding the commands of Elohim and possessing the witness of יהושע Messiah.
The two main characters in this chapter are the woman (Israel) and the dragon (Satan).
Summary of Revelation 12
The Messiah comes forth from the woman and is caught away to Elohim. The woman has a place in the wilderness that is prepared by YHWH. The Dragon is thrown out of heaven and comes down to Earth with great wrath. The woman flees into the wilderness where she is nourished away from the presence of the serpent. The serpent tries to attack the woman but is unable. He goes out enraged, to fight with the rest of her offspring. These are those who keep the commandments and have a testimony of Yahushua.
Here we learn the righteous ones have a place in the wilderness prepared by YHWH. We are told the dragon’s presence is not in this place. However, some people are not out of the reach of the dragon: the rest of the woman’s offspring. The people who did not go to the wilderness in Scripture will be vulnerable to the dragon, even if they are in covenant with Yahushua. They are the virgins who have not entered through the door.
The woman goes into the wilderness to be protected from the dragon. This wilderness is the ark. Surely knowing Yahushua and keeping the covenant is enough for eternal salvation, but are there any advantages to entering into the ark? One advantage is that the woman in the wilderness does not have to encounter Satan personally (in the form of the Anti-messiah) and his wrath. Also, the woman in the wilderness is not subject to the authority that will be given to the dragon at that time.
In Daniel 11, we can find more information about what the dragon will be doing before Messiah comes. In verse 21 we find a keyword that is used in describing a certain ruler that is going to rise as king.
Daniel 11:21 “And in his place shall arise a despised one, to whom they shall not give the excellency of the rule. But he shall come in peaceably, and seize the rule by flatteries.”
The Hebrew word for “despised one” in this verse is “bezeh.” It is a word used to describe the Anti-messiah. This “despised one” is none other than Satan himself possessing a person. This prophecy has not occurred yet, because there has never been a time when Satan has physically reigned on the earth as king.
Daniel 11 is a very long chapter so I will not include the whole thing here. In summary, this is the description of the Anti-messiah given by Daniel:
- Comes in without warning (v. 21 & 24)
- Obtains the kingdom by flatteries (v. 21)
- Acts Deceitfully (v. 23)
- Becomes strong with a small people (v. 23)
- Is in rage against the Set-apart Covenant (v. 28 & 30)
- Sets up the Abomination of Desolation (v. 31)
- Many join him (v. 34)
- Speaks astonishing things against the El of mighty ones (v. 36)
Daniel 11:41-45 And he (the Anti-messiah) shall enter the Splendid Land, and many shall stumble, but these escape from his hand: Eḏom, and Mo’aḇ, and the chief of the sons of Ammon. And he shall stretch out his hand against the lands, and the land of Mitsrayim shall not escape. And he shall rule over the treasures of gold and silver, and over all the riches of Mitsrayim, and Libyans and Kushites shall be at his steps. Then reports from the east and the north shall disturb him, and he shall go out with great wrath to destroy and put many under the ban, and he shall pitch the tents of his palace between the seas and the splendid set-apart mountain, but shall come to his end with none to help him.
Just like the dragon in Revelation 12, this ruler or king goes out with great wrath and battles against many nations, destroying and putting many under ban. He is killing a lot of people. There are places that he is not allowed to enter, but he can enter the Splendid/Set-apart Land. The Splendid Land is the country surrounding Jerusalem, which is referred to in the Bible as Judea. The Splendid Land is in the modern State of Israel. This is where he sets up his palace and where he will set up the abomination of desolation. The places that he cannot reach are Edom and Moab. Edom and Moab are in the southern and central areas of the modern country of Jordan.
Notice that the Anti-messiah is also not able to touch the chief sons of Ammon (in The Scriptures translation). Ammon is the capital city of Jordan today and is in the north-central part of the country. Given the context of Daniel 11 is all about property, the “chief sons of Amman” is most likely referring to an area, not specific people. The ESV and RSV versions of the Bible translate it as “the main part of the Ammonites.” Without a doubt, this all describes a specific area in the modern-day country of Jordan.
It is not surprising that Yahushua references Daniel 11 when talking about His second coming.
Matthew 24:15-16 “So when you see the ‘abomination that lays waste,’ spoken of by Dani’ěl the prophet, set up in the set-apart place” – he who reads, let him understand – “then let those who are in Yehuḏah flee to the mountains.
Yahushua says that when the abomination of desolation is set up, then those who are in Judea should flee to the mountains. What mountains? There are plenty of mountains in Edom and Moab, near Judea in the Jordan Valley. The highest mountain peaks in this region are in Edom.
Do you see what Yahushua is saying? He is giving us “the plan” and telling us where to go to be safe. We need to follow His instructions and enter through “the door.”
Before we talk about the door, let’s summarize some things we have learned about the ark.
Satan/the Anti-messiah cannot reach the ark (Revelation and Daniel).
The ark is in the wilderness (Revelation).
Edom, Moab, and the “chief sons of Ammon” are safe from the coming destruction (Daniel).
Now, Where Is the Door?
Hosea 2:14-20 “Therefore, see, I am alluring her, and shall lead her into the wilderness, and shall speak to her heart, and give to her vineyards from there, and the Valley of Aḵor as a door of expectation. And there she shall respond as in the days of her youth, as in the day when she came up from the land of Mitsrayim. And it shall be, in that day,” declares יהוה, “that you call Me ‘My Husband,’ and no longer call Me ‘My Ba‛al.’ And I shall remove the names of the Ba‛als from her mouth, and they shall no more be remembered by their name. And in that day I shall make a covenant for them with the beasts of the field, and with the birds of the heavens, and with the creeping creatures of the ground, when bow, and sword, and battle I break from the earth. And I shall make them lie down in safety. And I shall take you as a bride unto Me forever, and take you as a bride unto Me in righteousness, and in right-ruling, and loving-commitment and compassion. And I shall take you as a bride unto Me in trustworthiness, and you shall know יהוה.”
The covenant here of protection and safety that YHWH makes with the animals should remind us of the days of Noah. In this passage, we see that YHWH allures Israel into the wilderness and speaks to her heart. This agrees with Revelation 12. YHWH then says He will give the Valley of Achor as a “door of expectation.”
Where is the Valley of Achor? Many people know that the Salt Sea (aka Dead Sea) is the lowest point on earth. It is also surrounded by many mountains and hills which form a valley around the Salt Sea. This is the valley that is known in Scripture as the Valley of Achor. From being there ourselves, we think the valley is probably the northern tip of the Salt Sea.
This valley is the exact location for the door of hope. YHWH says this is where Israel (those in covenant with Him) will respond as in the days of her youth. It is where YHWH will take her as a bride unto Himself. This is something that should give “the woman” hope/expectation!
Isaiah 54:5-9 “For your Maker is your husband, יהוה of hosts is His Name, and the Set-apart One of Yisra’ěl is your Redeemer. He is called the Elohim of all the earth. For יהוה has called you like a woman forsaken and grieved in spirit, like a wife of youth when you were refused,” declares your Elohim. “For a little while I have forsaken you, but with great compassion I shall gather you. In an overflow of wrath I hid My face from you for a moment, but with everlasting loving-commitment I shall have compassion on you,” said יהוה, your Redeemer. For this is the waters of Noaḥ to Me, in that I have sworn that the waters of Noaḥ would never again cover the earth, so have I sworn not to be wroth with you, nor to rebuke you.”
These verses express why it is better to be the wise virgins versus the foolish virgins. The foolish virgins encounter Satan in the days before the second coming of Yahushua. The wise virgins encounter a love relationship with Yahushua in the ark. I’d rather be a wise virgin. Yahushua wants to see us protected from the Anti-messiah and to be able to enter into His reign on earth. He longs for the day when He can take “the woman” as a bride unto Himself and confirm His covenant with us. Just like Noah, He always has a plan for those who find favor in His eyes.
Genesis 6:8 But Noaḥ found favour in the eyes of יהוה.
Revelation 3:7-11 “And to the messenger of the assembly in Philadelphia write, ‘He who is set-apart, He who is true, He who has the key of Dawiḏ, He who opens and no one shuts, and shuts and no one opens, says this: “I know your works – see, I have set before you an open door, and no one is able to shut it – that you have little power, yet have guarded My Word, and have not denied My Name. See, I am giving up those of the congregation of Satan, who say they are Yehuḏim and are not, but lie. See, I am making them come and worship before your feet, and to know that I have loved you. Because you have guarded My Word of endurance, I also shall guard you from the hour of trial which shall come upon all the world, to try those who dwell on the earth. See, I am coming speedily! Hold what you have that no one take your crown.”
Thank you for reading and considering this information. May you be blessed as you prepare for Messiah’s return!
